Zenith Bank Plc, Nigeria’s top financial institution, has ranked the Most Valuable Banking Brand in Nigeria in the most recent global Banker magazine Top 500 Banking brands 2020.
The bank was ranked first amongst all other banks in Nigeria for the third time consecutively in three years, with a brand value of $287 million and market capitalization of $1.62 billion.
This was published in the February edition of The Banker magazine of the Financial Times Group in conjunction with London-based Brand Finance.
The publication disclosed that the brand value is determined by the licensing rate that a third-party would need to pay to use the bank’s brand in which Zenith bank proved to be the highest.
The bank has thrived over the years in the Nigerian financial service industry through exceptional service quality and profound financial indices and most innovative within the digital banking space across the country.
