The Emir of Kaura-Namoda, Zamfara State, Mohammed Ahmad Asha has reportedly died of COVID-19 symptoms while in isolation.
According to a report theCable, the Emir died on Sunday after having gone into isolation at the Yariman Bakura Specialist Hospital in Gusau the Zamfara State capital.

According to the publicity secretary of the the COVID-19 team in the state, Mustafa Jararu, the Late Emir was tested for the virus but he died before the result was ready.
The Late traditional ruler who died at the age of 71 was appointed in 2004 by former governor Sani Yariman Bakura.
