Real Madrid and Costa Rica Goalkeeper, Keylor Navas, has admitted that the Spanish miss Cristiano Ronaldo and his goals and influence.
Madrid were shocked in a 1-0 defeat to CSKA Moscow last night in matchday 2 of the Champions League.
After an uncharacteristically wayward pass from Toni Kroos was pounced on by a CSKA Moscow striker, the Russian outfit took the lead and while Madrid hit the post, they ultimately failed to equalize.
The game was the third game in a row that Madrid failed to score which has led many to question whether the team is really better without the talismanic Ronaldo.
“Cristiano [Ronaldo] left the bar very high at Real Madrid,” he said. “You cannot cover the sun with a finger.
