National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu says the South West geopolitical zone will continue to rally behind President Muhammadu Buhari because of his track record and goodwill.
The former Lagos State Governor stated this on Tuesday shortly after some prominent Yoruba leaders met the president at the Aso Rock Villa, Abuja on Tuesday.
The prominent politician equally advised Nigerians to live in harmony to engender speedy development.
Tinubu said, “Nigerians should be united and avoid conflicts in order to ensure speedy development and progress of the country.
“The Yorubas will continue to rally behind Buhari because of his track record and good will for Nigeria.”
Others on the delegation that visited the president include Chief Segun Osoba, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi, Sen. Adedayo Adeyeye, Chief Kemi Nelson, Laoye Tomori, Solomon Akindele, Elder Yemi Alade, and Mutiu Are.
