The Super Eagles of Nigeria will play the Black Stars of Ghana in the final round play-offs to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The draws were made in Douala, Cameroon on Saturday.
Ghana will host the first leg of the encounter on March 24 and the return leg will hold in Nigeria on March 29.
If the Super Eagles get the better of the Black Stars, it would be their fourth straight appearance at the FIFA World Cup, having featured in the 2010, 2014 and 2018 editions of the mundial, and seventh overall.
The team qualified for the third round of play-offs by virtue of a first-place finish in the second-round group that had Cape Verde, Liberia, and Central African Republic.
Ghana also qualified for the third round of play-offs having topped Group G that also had South Africa, Ethiopia, and Zimbabwe.
