American reality TV show actress and mother of two, Kim Kardashian has come forward to blast her critics stating that they can “say a lot of things” about her but nobody can take away the fact that she is an hard working woman.
The reality TV show star who prides herself as one of the most famous women in the world has come under criticism from time to time due to her rise to fame and the scandals she had been involved in, particularly, her sex tape with rapper, Ray J.
Speaking with Janet Mock, the mother of two and rapper, Kanye West’s wife stated that she is all but shy when it comes to her work.
Armed with social media influence, the mother of two said: “You can say a lot of things about me, but you cannot say I don’t work hard. I don’t sing. I don’t dance. I don’t act. But I am not lazy.”
She continued: “I used to say, ‘I love being underestimated’. But now when I hear, ‘They’re so not talented,’ – ten years into it – I’m kind of like, ‘Okay, give a girl a little respect.’
“If I’m so not talented, if I do nothing, then how is my career my reality? And I poke fun at it, like when I was on the cover of Forbes I posted the hashtag #NotBadForAGirlWithNoTalent. .
“I don’t mind being underestimated because it does fuel me.” She snarkily adds: “But after a while, I do feel like, ‘C’mon, you can recognize a little bit.'”
