A black woman has been arrested and charged with assault after an altercation with a waitress over the meaning of all-you-can-eat.
The 27-year-old Natasha West became disgruntled after the waitress told her she couldn’t share her $4 all-you-can-eat flapjacks with the other people at her table, police in Oak Lawn, Illinois, told the media.
According to NBC quoting police sources, West became “irate” and swung her fists repeatedly at the waitress.
While none of the blows landed on the waitress, West later left the restaurant with her friends, without paying, police confirmed.
She was said to have kicked the door of the restaurant several times before finally leaving.
However, West and company were picked up by police after the restaurant manager informed them (police).
They were taken back to the restaurant where the manager positively identified them and one of West’s friends paid for the food.
West was arrested and charged with assault and damage to property, but she was later released.
