The death of Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, 13, in a helicopter crash has continued to reverberate around the world.
The 41-year-old Basketball legend’s helicopter crashed in Calabasas in suburban Los Angeles, California. A five-time NBA champion, he played for the LA Lakers throughout his career and is considered one of the greatest players in the game’s history.
Seven other people were on board the aircraft when it crashed on Sunday. The crashed helicopter belonged to Kobe Bryant.
Since the news of the incident, tributes have been pouring in from all over the world.
Nigerian celebrities – Wizkid, Don Jazzy, Simi, Adekunle Gold, Phyno, Kate Henshaw, among – also paid their tributes to the deceased.
