Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Wizkid, has revealed that he recorded all his hit songs while sitting down, stating that he doesn’t stress himself to create hits. In a viral video, Wizkid mentioned that he recorded songs like “Holla At Your Boy”, “Soco”, “Joro”, and “Ojuelegba” while sitting down.
Wizkid also expressed his dislike for promoting his music or granting media interviews, saying he knows exactly what his fans want. He praised producer P2J, saying he’s the only one who understands him.
Wizkid’s statement has sparked interest among fans and fellow artists, with some admiring his confidence and others questioning his approach to music promotion. Despite his unconventional methods, Wizkid remains one of the most successful African artists globally.
