Presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress, General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) on Friday declared that if elected, he will change the country for better by ensuring maximum security of lives and properties.
Speaking in Lokoja, Kogi State capital on Friday during the APC’s presidential campaign, Buhari said “We don’t have any other country than Nigeria, I assure you that if given the mandate, I will change the country for better. We will ensure that there is maximum security of lives and property.
“APC is the only party that can guarantee the security of the nation effectively. Youth employment and health would be our priority. We would empower financial institution to be able to give loans to individuals and organisations so as to be able to create employment. We would invest in education and security.
“We will invest vigorously on education, agriculture and we will resuscitate the ailing Ajaokuta steel Company.”
