Adams Oshiomhole, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been blamed by Salihu Lukeman, the director-general of the Progressives Governors’ Forum, for the crisis in the party.
Lukeman in a memo sent to the reconciliation committee chaired by Bisi Akande said the crisis in the party is getting worse by the day.
The party chieftain said the APC national working committee (NWC) led by Oshiomhole can no longer provide the needed leadership to win elections for the party because of the chairman’s level of intolerance.
He said the NWC under Oshiomhole allows political opponents to get electoral victory.
Lukeman said Oshiomhole does not condone any disagreement or criticism expressed against any of his decisions and carries out punitive actions against anyone that criticizes him.
