Big Brother Naija reality star and singer, Hazel Oyeze Onou, popularly known as Whitemoney, recently shared a remarkable story from his past. During an interview with Echoo Room, Whitemoney revealed how he resisted seduction from a wealthy married woman despite facing challenging circumstances.
At the time, Whitemoney was living under a bridge in Ojuelegba, Lagos. The married woman, impressed by his appearance, offered him a blank cheque in exchange for intimacy. However, Whitemoney stood firm in his principles and declined the offer.
He recounted, “I got a blank cheque from a lady when I was living under Ojuelegba Bridge. She came into the store where I was learning cosmetology, and we exchanged numbers. She was beautiful, and we started talking. Eventually, she invited me to a hotel and presented the blank cheque.”
But there was a twist. Before handing over the cheque, the woman inadvertently sent Whitemoney a family photo that revealed she had five sons. Realizing her marital status, Whitemoney made a resolute decision: “The fact that I knew she was married, I refused. I have a personal rule—I can never sleep with a married woman.”
