Like a scene from a movie, a Rwandan woman identified as Marie Josiane has been married to twin brothers for the past two years.
Afrimax TV on Saturday shared a video of the trio sharing romantic moments.
In the video, Josiane discloses that she first met the “elder” of the identical twins but he did not tell her that he had a twin.
She can also be heard saying that she had not seen them together.
She further explains that she visited her lover’s home one day and upon sighting him hugged and gave him a kiss.
Josiane says she did not know that the person she hugged and kissed was his twin.
The second twin then fell in love with her, she says, and after they all realised what had happened, agreed to be in a polyandrous relationship.
She says the brothers do not quarrel at all over their shared relationship.
Speaking with Afrimax TV, the brothers said, “We agreed on it without any problems”.
However, the twin brothers said they have had to deal with uncomplimentary remarks from other villagers who frowned at their relationship.
