Presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore has urged the international community to prevail on the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government to release leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.
He said this in a video following a Monday revelation by former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode that Kanu was being held on a Nigerian Navy ship off the coast of Bayelsa State.
In the video, Sowore slammed the Federal Government for holding the IPOB leader without granting him access to his family members, lawyers and doctors.
He further berated the Federal Government for holding Kanu’s father incommunicado.
