The viral video of Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris struggling to read his speech at an event in Kano on Monday has gone beyond the shores of Nigeria.
It has now become part of lessons for kindergartenl pupils in China.
In a video making the rounds on social media, some Chinese kids in a classroom could be heard chanting “transmission”, the keyword of the IG’s viral speech, several times on the prompting of a teacher who did not appear on the video but whose voice could be heard.
