A secondary school in Anambra state was thrown into pandemonium as teachers and students scampered for safety after herds of stampeding cows took over their educational institution.
The teachers and students of the school were forced to run for their lives yesterday when they spotted, through the classroom windows, a herd of angry cows charging towards them.
However, in all the commotion, one of the teachers managed to capture the whole drama on camera and shared it on her Facebook page.
The teacher identified as Melu Grace Okwudili shared the video online and narrated that the incident occurred while students were writing their mid-term tests.
She noted that the Fulani herdsmen alongside their cattle invaded their school, Nwafor Orizu College of Education Demonstration Nursery, Primary and Secondary school Abata Nsugbe.
She further alleged that the herdsmen looked on as their cattle charged towards the young students of the school.
She wrote: “Happening now at Nwafor Orizu College of Education Demonstration Nursery, Primary and Secondary school Abata Nsugbe as Fulani herdsmen invaded the school with thousands of cow disturbing the whole pupils and students writing their mid term test.
“Thank God for the Nsugbe security that went after the herdsmen and caught one of them.”
