VIDEO: Comedian Julius Agwu Surprises Mother At Her Farm, Her Reaction Was Just The Best

2 Min Read

Recovered and rejuvenated comedian, Julius Agwu is back on the scene after suffering through a period of ill-health which threatened to kill him.

He went on his social media to share a cute video in which he creeps up on his mother at her farm in Rivers state and surprises her.

In the video, the elderly woman could be seen working on the farm while Agwu creeps up on her silently with a cameraman behind him to get all the footage.

He greets her and she gasps in shock and then her face split into a wide smile on seeing her son.

The caption for the video read; 😎😀 waaao ‼ #BigSurprise 😳 for #MamaJee🕺🏾in Choba farm🏝 No Matter What you do, you can NEVER STOP her from going to the farm⛱ it keeps #MamaJee Strong

His mother has always been a pillar of strength for the comedian, coming to Lagos to look after him after he fell sick. In 2016, during a concert organised by Agwu and tagged ‘Life As I See It, THE Rebirth’ the elderly woman burst into tears while singing Legend Onyeka Onwenu dedicated a song in Igbo Language to her. The song’s message was that she was to always give thanks and believe in God because He(God) is the only one who will always be there to protect her and her family. Julius’s mother could not hold back her tears as she danced in a warm embrace with her Son.

In 2014, Agwu built his mother a house in their native Rivers state.
