A Nigerian on Twitter has shared a troubling video showing how some armed men suspected to be police officers were assaulting some male bus passengers in Katsina today.
In his narration, the Twitter user stated that the officers had asked the boys to step out of their cars, drilled a pair of scissors into their hair and trimmed it indiscriminately.
Thereafter, they were said to have forced them to pay a sum of N1000 as service charge.
While no one has stated anything contrary to the Twitter user’s claims, it remains unclear if they had committed any crime that warranted such maltreatment.
