Patience Ozokwor, popularly known as Mama G, has spoken out about the recent surge in deaths among Nollywood actors, blaming carelessness and negligence for the tragic occurrences. The veteran actress made her remarks in Lagos, urging her colleagues to prioritize their health and seek medical attention when needed.
Mama G shared her personal experience of having an encounter with God in 2016, which led her to become an evangelist. She emphasized the importance of regular medical check-ups and taking care of one’s health, especially in a profession that demands a lot physically and mentally.
Her comments come as a wake-up call to the Nollywood industry, which has lost several talented actors in recent times.
