Renowned Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, finds himself once again in the crosshairs of outspoken actor and social media influencer Uche Maduagwu. The ongoing contention stems from Edochie’s decision to marry Judy Austin as his second wife.
Maduagwu, known for his candid opinions, didn’t hold back in his criticism. He previously questioned Judy’s awareness of Edochie’s 16-year-long marriage before becoming pregnant with his child. Not stopping there, he also took a jab at Edochie’s father, veteran actor Pete Edochie, for remaining silent amidst the marriage controversy.
Now, the social media influencer is urging Edochie to intervene and encourage his second wife to publicly apologize to his first wife, May, for becoming pregnant by him. Maduagwu perceives such an act as a severe form of spiritual bullying. He emphasized the emotional and mental toll it can take on the first wife, May, and stressed the importance of acknowledging wrongdoings through a public apology.
Maduagwu’s Instagram post expressed his opinion and advised Edochie to act accordingly, leaving the choice to the actor to address the situation and maintain the title of “Odogwu.” The ball is in Yul Edochie’s court to decide how to handle this ongoing public scrutiny and criticism.
