Just when many were still trying to come to terms with the blast that killed 32 persons in Yola, Adamawa on Tuesday, another blast has hit the Kano GSM market in Nassarawa GRA.
An eyewitness said two explosions occurred in the market. While the first one occurred near the generator serving the market, the second went off at the heart of the market, Vanguard reported.
The blasts were said to have occurred during the time many Muslims faithfuls were preparing for late afternoon prayers, making many to run helter-skelter.
The blasts are suspected to have been caused by Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDS).
It was impossible to ascertain the number of casualties at the time of filing this report.
While no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, the dreaded terrorist sect Boko Haram are believed to have carried out the bombings.
