William Taylor former military personnel, United States’ Ambassador to Ukraine 2006 – 2009, and now U. U. S. President Trump is being investigated based on a phone conversation between himself and the Ukrainian president resulting in an allegation of withholding military aid to force political support and the unconstitutional investigation of Trump’s opposition, the Bidens. The committee would need to determine whether or not the president is guilty of the alleged “quid pro quo” or not.

The phone conversation was leaked by a whistleblower raising a public eye to whether or not the president pressured Volodymyr Zelenskiy for political support.

Taylor was earlier quoted saying – “As I said on the phone, I think it’s crazy to withhold security assistance for help with a political campaign.”
