Childbearing without subsequent complications are usual joyous moments however, the birth of the children took a turn for the worse when the parents were unable to pay childbearing fees.
After welcoming triplets, a couple identified as Mr and Mrs Dennis Anongo, have been unable to leave the hospital because they have been unable to offset their bills two weeks after the birth of their children at the General hospital in Benue state.
This development led to the hospital detaining them till they can come up with the total of N77,600 they owe.
According to a Facebook user identified as Ukan Kurugh, who shared the post and pictures of the couple, efforts are being made to raise the money so that the couple can be allowed to take their children home.
