The magistrate in her ruling ordered the accused to produce one surety in like sum.

In addition, the surety should show evidence of tax payments to the Lagos State Government.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, SP. Thomas Nurudeen, told the court that the accused committed the offences on Nov. 4 at Oniwaya area of Agege, Lagos, at about 6:30 a.m.
