The street of Abuja- Lokoja road in Gwagwalada suffered a major gridlock as Governor Yahaya Bello reportedly threw money out to passers-by yesterday.
The Governor who was in Gwagwalada yesterday was so happy with the verdict of the Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal, PEPT, that he could not help but throw money out on the streets.
Bello with his long convoy slowed down, brought 3 bundles of N500 notes out and splashes it on passersby. According to a Reporter from Dailytrust, who happened to be stuck n the gridlock that lasted for about ten minutes, observed as the Governor wind down the vehicle glass, to show the famous APC sign, 4 +4 using eight of his fingers.
It was reported that Motor Park touts came running along to grab the wads of cash thrown out on the street.

Also, it was further reported that motorcyclists, petty traders and pedestrians abandoned their motorcycles and wares as they joined and scrambled for the free-for-all.
Yahaya is seeking re-election in the coming Gubernatorial polls in Kogi State on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC. The election is slated to hold on November 16th, 2019.
