2019 was a great year for the smartphone industry as new technological feats were achieved but 2020 promises to better with the introduction of 5G and foldable phones technologies.

Samsung Galaxy S11
The Samsung S11 will reportedly feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SOC and will be getting a massive 12GB ram, it will also ship 108 mp primary camera and the latest 5G technology.
Iphone 12 and 12 Pro
Apple is a brand with a huge community of followers who year-in, year-out eagerly anticipate its product even before production begins, and the iPhone 12 is no different. The iPhone 12 is said to be powered by the apple A13 bionic, and have a 6GB of ram with 64GB internal storage and of course the camera should be top-notch with an excellent battery of 3210 mAh which looks low on the surface number but with the Bionic A13 processor in-charge, that should get you through the day, depending on usage scenarios. The iPhone 12 is expected to be released in March 2020.
Huawei P40 Pro
The trade war between the Huawei and U.S seems not to be slowing the company down as the Korean outfit have kept on producing top of the line smartphone. Huawei has been able to come up with innovations and technologies that differentiates it from the rest.
The Huawei P40 Pro is said to come with an impressive penta-camera (five camera) setup on the back and also have the new Ai features. The phone is also expected to feature the Kirin 990 SOC which has support for 5G connectivity and will have 12GB ram.
Tecno Camon 13
This Tecno flagship phone is expected to launch in 2020. Most of the speculation right now centers around the cameras and design. Although, there are no leak or picture to tap from but comparing the trend of Tecno Camon 11 and Tecno Camon 12 it is certain the Tecno Camon 13 will be a sight to behold and a machine to handle. The phone is said to have a better fast charge and battery life with improved camera and screen resolution.
Motorola Razr
The Moto Razr is already official, but it will actually go on sale sometime this month, so it will technically be the first foldable phones of the new decade. The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm snapdragon 710 processor (android 9) and has a 6GB ram with 128GB storage and has a 2510 mAh battery capacity. The Snapdragon 710 suggests a support for the new 5G technology.
