Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has opened up about her divorce from ex-husband Olakunle Churchill, stating that leaving the marriage was the best decision she ever made.
In a private message to a fellow single mother, Tonto revealed that she chose to walk away from the marriage for her own well-being and that of her child. She encouraged the woman to focus on personal growth and seek strength from God.
Tonto shared the exchange on her Instagram page, offering words of encouragement to single mothers. Her post comes years after her highly publicized divorce in 2017, which was marred by allegations of infidelity and domestic violence.
Despite their divorce, Tonto and Churchill continue to have a contentious relationship, with Tonto accusing him of being a deadbeat father and Churchill claiming she denied him access to their son.
