Former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode says National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has been hospitalised in Paris, France.
He said that the former Lagos State Governor was suffering from an undisclosed illness, which necessitated the hospitalisation.
Fani-Kayode disclosed this Sunday evening in a tweet while wishing the maverick politician a quick recovery.
The controversial ex-minister did not expressly name Tinubu, opting for his well-known initials – BAT (Bola Ahmed Tinubu).
“I have been informed that BAT is ill & is in a Paris hospital. It is not a crime to be ill & neither should it be a state secret.
“All mortals fall ill from time to time. I join others in praying for him & I wish him well.
“May God grant him a speedy recovery & a safe journey home,” Fani-Kayode.

Tinubu was rumoured to have fled to Paris in the heat of the #EndSARS protests in October.
However, he vehemently denied doing so, saying he was in Lagos throughout.
