Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide (RCCG), during a Christmas retreat and the “Let’s Go A Fishing” programme organised by his church in Osogbo, Osun State declared that 2018 would be better for Nigerians than 2017.
“It is imperative for everybody to love Jesus, who is the solution to myriad of challenges, confronting the world.
“Nigerians should be optimistic as the new year will bring favour, better than 2017.” He said.
He said that Nigerians should not lose hope in the future of our country despite the privations of the past.
In reference to John, Chapter 3, Verse 16, he implied that Nigerians and Osun people should love Jesus Christ, and that the only cure to Nigeria’s and the world’s problems was through Jesus.
