The Nigeria Immigration Service has announced its plan to unveil the new 64-page passport booklet with a 10-year validity.
According to the NIS, the passport booklet has over 20 features, and will cost N70,000. The other category of the same passport, but with with five-year validity period goes for N35,000.
This was contained in a statement released by the NIS Public Relations Officer, Sunday James, on Monday.
“The 32-page five-year standard passport goes for N25,000 or $130 while the 32-page five-year official passport will cost N15,000.” the statement added.
