The 2020 Porsche Panamera not only represents an improvement from the last model, but also a revolution in electric hybrid cars that are also very attractive in the sedan class.
The new 2020 Porsche Panamera comes with twin-turbo V6 engine in the Panamera 4S which Porsche claims is more compact and lighter than its predecessor plus it now comes equipped with VarioCam Plus. The base engine on the 2020 models is a 330 horse power turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 paired with rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic but the 4 and 4S models comes in all-wheel drive variant, the 4S comes in a 440-hp twin-turbo 2.9-liter V-6 engine.
The GTS model adds a 453-hp twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine while the E-hybrid model is a 462-hp plug-in hybrid and offers an electric-only driving range of 14 miles according to the EPA.
From the look of things the Porsche Panamera definitely packs style, elegance and power. The build reminds you of on Audi cars, mostly Audi A9 models.
Making a hybrid car, especially in the sedan class has always been challenging for big manufacturers, but it will appear Porsche meets the expectations in that field.
