Nigerian singer Tems has revealed her love for controversial American rapper Kanye West, stating that she relates to him sometimes. In a recent episode of the “Shopping The Sneakers” podcast, Tems expressed her admiration for West, known for his outspoken personality and innovative music style.
Tems also discussed her close friendship with American R&B star Brent Faiyaz, describing him as a “real one” who is always supportive. She mentioned that they have been friends since 2021 and that he is one of the few artists she is close to.
This comes as Tems celebrates a major milestone, becoming the first female Nigerian artist to reach 1 billion solo streams on Spotify. Her debut album, “Born In The Wild,” contributed to this achievement, solidifying her position as a rising star in the music industry.
