Former Big Brother Naija star, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, dropped a bombshell on the latest episode of her show, the Big Friday Show, stating that she was once offered a whopping $20,000 (N18 million) to sit at the same table with a male fan at an event.
Sharing the revelation on Cool FM Nigeria, Lagos, with Phyna as her guest, Tacha opened up about turning down the lucrative offer due to apprehensions about its underlying motives. Recounting the incident from AY’s show two years ago, Tacha disclosed that her road manager informed her of the proposal, but she declined, expressing concerns about potential follow-up requests or risks associated with accepting such offers.
The discussion took an intriguing turn as Tacha’s guest, Phyna, asserted that certain female celebrities and influencers engage in high-profile “runs” to sustain their lavish lifestyles. She emphasized that some of their colleagues showcase extravagant living beyond what their earnings from the entertainment industry can legitimately afford.
