“ Abia indigenes resident in South Africa applauds the supreme court judgment. It is a victory for the people of the state and it has shown that the judiciary is the hope for the common man.

“ Now that the distraction is over, we appeal to the governor to remain focused and develop our state.

“ Our state needs massive infrastructural development in all sectors and we are optimistic Gov. Ikpeazu is equal to the task,” he said.

The President said that Abia indigenes in South Africa are ready to partner the government in various sectors, especially Information Communication Technology, Agriculture and Industrialisation.

He said the group recently presented 100 i Pads to students in selected schools in the state to make them ICT compliant.

“ With time, we will present more . The idea is to make our students know more about ICT because it is good for their future and the state.
