Zhang Wenliang, a 70-year-old Chinese widower, has received a long awaited sex doll modelled after his wife.
The widower received the doll on Tuesday, to complement the absence of his wife who had recently died after the pair had lived together for 40 years.
A heartbroken Zhang had said that the gift came at the right time because the doll’s looks gave him the feeling of his wife’s presence, as the facial features were done to look like his wife.
Mr Zhang’s wife died in 2015, after battling with cancer for some time.
Her death left a void in him which he tried to fill with the sex doll.
According to Mr Zhang, “I feel like seeing her again when she was young, I am satisfied with the looks of the doll especially the facial features.”
