Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai recently ‘kicked off’ a novelty football match between Kaduna State Executive Council and the management of KASU.
The governor ‘kicked off’ the match barefooted while wearing a white native attire.
El-Rufai is perhaps the most outspoken governor in Nigeria, even before he became a governor, he has a loyal following on social media and his followers never miss his very pungent snippets.
