See evidence showing Davido mulling political career

2 Min Read

Popular musician and DMW label boss, David Adeleke aka Davido may be considering a career in politics after achieving so much success in the entertainment industry.

He gave the indication during the week in an online encounter with a Twitter troll.

Davido was commenting on his uncle, Sen. Ademola Adeleke’s gubernatorial candidature in Osun State in 2018 when the troll, @iQueenSara cautioned him to steer clear of politics, saying it was more complicated than entertainment which the artiste was used to.

Commenting in pidgin English, she tweeted, “Davido, just two weeks in politics body go tell u, u think say na studio to compose song, u are playing with what is bigger than you, have u seen ur mate in politics.”

Replying, the artiste tweeted, “Nigerian entertainment is the biggest thing to come out of Nigeria … I dint think politics will be a problem.”

Davido then dropped a bombshell that his generation would not allow the older generation in politics to continue to mess up the country.

He tweeted, “All u pple tweeting politics this politics that … if u think this young generation will just allow u guys in the present administration to keep fucking around till my kids are grown you are joking …. THW WORLD IS CHANGING JUST KNOW THAT!!! D rubbish will soon stop!!”
