The lady in the bum shorts is not the most experienced driver on the planet as we can see from the video. She crashes her car smack into the lobby of CNN headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and luckily no one is hurt.

She may have hurt the feelings of the CNN employee trying to get an interview on what happened. She says her outfit is tacky.
