The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has been advised to resign as a result of his CCT trial and his alleged implication in the Panama case.
According to Nigerian Bulletin, this call was made by Bayo Orire, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti state on Tuesday, May 3.
The APC leader in Ekiti believes Saraki should resign like others implicated in the Panama Papers case.
In his address to newsmen in the Governor Ayodele Fayose-led state, Orire said: “Saraki should humbly resign if he is not shameless.
“Some people mentioned in the Panama Papers scam have resigned. He should resign.”
Orire further showered praise on Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for liberating south western states
