Amidst the tension and strife that have been speculated to exist within the administrative bodies of Kano State, Lamido Sanusi has finally accepted the appointment as the chairman of the Four newly created Emirates by Ganduje.
It was speculated that the governor had chosen to appoint Sanusi as the chairman in order to put him in a tight spot. According to reports, if Sanusi accepts his appointment, it would indicate that he accepts the four emirs, if he rejects, he is at risk of having another Emir appointed, which would not be a good position for his fate as the Emir of Kano.
