The released update is available for users already on Android Pie. The final build of Android 10 is yet to be released for One UI 2.0 beta users, though that is probably going to change soon.
We expect the update to roll out globally by February in keeping with the Samsung Roadmap. So ideally, in a few days, other S9 and S9+ users in other parts of the world should receive Android 10 updates.
The Android 10 update for the Galaxy S9 and S9+ is between 1.8GB to 1.9GB in size and can be downloaded over the air from the phone’s Settings » Software update menu.
