Nigerian singer Ruger has shared his thoughts on why he’s consistently booking shows more than his colleagues.
According to Ruger, it’s not just about having hit songs, but also about showcasing one’s personality on stage.
“Let me explain why I get booked so much. I don’t come on stage to sing (of which I know I’m so good at) I bring my whole personality on stage,” he wrote on X.
Ruger emphasized that having hit songs isn’t enough; an artist needs to know how to command an audience.
