The Royal Family have released the official photo’s from Princess Beatrice’s private wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
The Queen’s granddaughter, Princess Beatrice, 31, wore a vintage ivory taffeta dress by Norman Hartnell and a tiara lent to her by her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. The diamond tiara was worn by the Queen on her own wedding day in 1947.
Though royal weddings are normally an outsized affair, Beatrice’s ceremony was a private event at The Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge, Windsor.
Beatrice is the daughter of Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, and Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York.
“The couple decided to hold a small private ceremony with their parents and siblings following the postponement of their wedding in May. Working within government guidelines, the service was in keeping with the unique circumstances while enabling them to celebrate their wedding with their closest family,” Buckingham Palace said in a statement.

Though Prince Andrew walked Princess Beatrice down the aisle, he did not appear in any photographs released by Buckingham Palace.
Beatrice’s mother, who also did not feature in the family photo’s was also in attendance at the small event consisting of close relatives and friends.
Prince Andrew stepped away from his royal duties in November 2019, after allegations he and his friend, disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein took part in an orgy with at least nine young women on Epstein’s private island.
Prince Andrew has denied all allegations. While in a November interview he said that he did not regret his friendship with Epstein, later that month, the duke released a statement which included the line, “I continue to unequivocally regret my ill-judged association with Jeffrey Epstein.”
