Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand may face FA action after being involved in an altercation with Chelsea striker Fernando Torres during Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final.
The defender can be seen pushing the Blues out-of sorts striker to the ground with five minutes of the ill-tempered clash remaining at Old Trafford.
Ferdinand then angrily pulls Torres back up to his feet, all behind the back of referee Howard Webb.
It is the second time in a week that Ferdinand’s actions on the pitch have been drawn in to question after he sarcastically clapped in the face of Turkish official Cuneyt Cakir at the end of the Champions League defeat to Real Madrid last Tuesday.
