Two-time FIFA World Player of the Year, Ronaldinho says he will not be quitting the beautiful game of football anytime soon, after his discharge by Brazilian club Fluminense.
The Brazilian made this known in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates where he is currently enjoying a holiday in an interview with newsmen earlier this week.
The 35-year-old saw his contract with Fluminense pre-maturely terminated in September based on “mutual consent” after just two months and nine games in the team.

The former Barcelona and AC Milan playmaker is, however, insisting that the situation with Fluminense will not force him to abandon football, as he felt he still had much more to offer to the game.
“Finishing my career at this time has not crossed my mind,” Ronaldinho said. “I still like football, I am in good health and I am a competitive person.”
He said he was in the UAE on holiday on the invitation of a local businessman friend, which appears to be aimed at silencing speculators saying he may be considering a switch to the UAE.
