The now former national chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Ali Modu Sheriff was confirmed as ousted by a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt.
With the decision made, anyone thinking the veteran politician would take it lying down would be sorely mistaken as he immediately responded by filing a stay of execution & Notice of Appeal immediately after the judgment.
Sheriff fully intends to fight for his spot as leader of the PDP with everything he’s got as this notice of Appeal clearly shows.
