World cup star and Costa Rican Goalkeeper Keylor Navas will be joining European champions, Real Madrid for the next six years, following the official announcement from Real Madrid’s official website.
It is believed that Real Madrid payed £7.9m to Levante to grant the release of Keylor.
He is no doubt considered to be one of the world’s best Goalkeepers after taking his country to their first ever Worldcup quater finals in Brazil 2014.
The news from Real Madrid website reads:
“Keylor Navas (San Isidro, Costa Rica, 1986) is now a Real Madrid player. After being one of the stars of last season, he later showed
the world his immense quality at the World Cup.”
27 year Old Keylor will be joining Germany’s Toni Kroos and Columbian james Rodriguez at Santiago Bernabeu.
