It has been confirmed that skipper, Sergio Ramos left the pitch for five minutes to use the toilet during Real Madrid’s away win over Eibar on Saturday.
Ramos left the pitch at Ipurua Municipal Stadium in the 73rd minute and left the league holders a man down at 1-1.
However, he returned after the five-minute absence, and Cristiano Ronaldo grabbed his second goal of the afternoon to seal a delicate win for Madrid.
Madrid’s manager, Zinedine Zidane confirmed Ramos’s destination in a post-match interview.
He said, “Sergio went to the bathroom for a minute and then returned, nothing more.”
With the victory, Madrid move within four points of second-placed Atletico Madrid who have a game against Celta Vigo on Sunday.
