Following the defeat away to Burnley, QPR defenders Richard Dunne and Clint Hill couldn’t hold back their anger and in the process, exchanged angry words with Burnley fans.
The defeat leaves QPR with no point from 10 league games away from Loftus Road this season. And this is a Premier League record.
This record caused a reaction from traveling fans as the players approached the away end after the final whistle.
Team Captain Dunne was filmed reacting angrily and Hill, who has played over 150 games for the club, had to be pulled away from the fans by teammate Joey Barton and coach Glenn Hoddle.
However, QPR manager Harry Redknapp played down the incident, saying: “Dunney’s a great lad. He didn’t go over there to have a row with anyone.”
