The management of Kunike International School, Osogbo in collaboration with Delta School District in Vancouver, Canada has offered to foot the education bills of the first two Chibok girls rescued after two years in captivity of their abductors.
The girls, Amina Ali and Serah Luka were rescued from the Boko Haram insurgents who had in 2014 raided their school located in Chibok.
Upon rescue, Amina Ali was found with a baby and was also confirmed to be four months pregnant.
According to the Director of Kunike International school, Mr. Amos Adekunle, “The management of Kunike International Schools, Osogbo in conjunction with the management of Delta Schools District, in Vancouver, Canada is extending full scholarships (all tuitions and boarding) to the first two Chibok girls, Amina Alli and Serah Luka that were recently rescued from captivity.”
He added that “Kunike is located in a well secured and safe environment in Osogbo, the Osun State capital”
